But for some customers, that is not enough. A realistic expectation needs to form of company in your mind. Research can help you form this expectation and so can the help of people who have used that service before. Now, this does not mean that you cannot believe the business should perform at high levels. Do not think that at all. If they cannot take care of your expectations, they should not use their service.
